The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. The spacious Deluxe Twin Room was ideal for me as a business traveler, featuring a kitchenette that made late-night work sessions much easier. The hotel's location is superb, just a short stroll from major transport hubs and plenty of restaurants.

However, the absence of a dining option in the hotel limits convenience for meals.

The staff were sweeter than a Georgia peach! They even helped send our luggage to the next stop, bless their hearts. The location was prime, and that cozy minimalist setup made it feel like home. After a long day out, relaxin' on that comfy bed was a dream. Y'all gotta try it!

Had a great time at Hachi Inn! Loved the spacious Deluxe Twin Room with a kitchenette, super handy for late-night snacks. Staff were so helpful, though the pillows were a bit of a letdown. Overall, a solid choice near Kyoto station!

The lack of a bar or restaurant feels like a missed opportunity!!! The outdated upholstery on the couch detracts from the otherwise cozy atmosphere. The TV placement is awkward and not user-friendly!!!

It was just a strong match for a speedy visit in Kyoto with very good value for money. The free Wi-Fi worked great, which helped us plan our sightseeing on the go. Bring your own snacks since there's no dining option available.

Had a lovely stay at Hachi Inn! The Deluxe Twin Room was spacious and included a kitchenette, making it easy for late-night snacks. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Kyoto Station. I really appreciated the free WiFi and the comfort of the beds. The separate bathroom with a deep soaking tub was a nice touch after a day of exploring.

TV placement was a bit awkward.
